These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of all-natural fertilizer and agricultural products from Blossom Hill Farm, LLC. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:
1. Product Characteristics
- Natural Variations: Our fertilizers and agricultural products are derived from natural sources. You acknowledge that physical characteristics—including scent, moisture content, and particle size—may vary from batch to batch and may differ slightly from website imagery.
- Storage Requirements: To maintain product efficacy and prevent mold or degradation, products must be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Blossom Hill Farm, LLC is not responsible for product spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.
2. Application & Results
- Instructions for Use: Customers agree to follow the application rates provided on the product label or in the online store product descriptions.
- Disclaimer of Results: Because soil health depends on numerous factors (weather, existing soil pH, water quality, and seed health), we do not guarantee specific crop yields or plant growth outcomes.
- Liability: Our fertilizer is sold "as-is" for gardening and agricultural use. Blossom Hill Farm, LLC is not liable for any damage to plants, property, or ecosystems resulting from over-application or use on incompatible plant species.
3. Safety & Handling
- Non-Ingestible: All products are for soil/plant use only. They are not for human or animal consumption.
- Allergens: Our all-natural blends may contain materials that could trigger sensitivities. We recommend using gloves and washing hands after application.
4. Shipping & Compliance
- State Restrictions: Certain states have strict regulations regarding the shipment of soil amendments and biological products. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that violates the agricultural shipping laws of the destination state.
- Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for shipments that go missing or spoil because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided.
5. Returns & Damaged Goods
- Final Sale: Due to the weight and nature of fertilizers and other liquid agricultural products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged.
- Damage Claims: If a product container is punctured or leaking upon arrival, please email a photo of the packaging and the shipping label to info@blossomhillag.com within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a replacement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Blossom Hill Farm, LLC be liable for any sum greater than the total purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
